Smaller than agreed upon

Hello!

I should begin my saying my breasts look beautiful and I have had virtually no complications. However, they are noticeably smaller than we decided on during my consultation. She had me "try on" implants by placing them inside a large bra and then putting my shirt on over. She then took a photo of the size I liked and said that was what she would use during surgery. I go in for my 8 week post-op next week, which is the once at which she said we could discuss if I was still unhappy with size (I mentioned it at my 1 week). What are her responsibilites as far as revision costs? Is it common in this situation that she would waive her fees?

Also, she told me during my consultation that I had perfect symmetry (I've also never noticed a difference), but then during the surgery, she noticed a difference and overfilled my right implant by 30 CCs (saline). I can tell the difference and it really bothers me, especially since I didn't agree to it.

Any advice would be so greatly appreciated!
