Worried, is this normal? Empty Worried, is this normal?

Post by mistyhoney 7th November 2011, 9:40 am

This has been since last night but I can feel my implant in my left boob, not just by touching but I mean inside me, it feels like it's popping out at the top . Not sure how else to explain it really!
Last night I put my 34C back on to try as I feel the swelling has gone down alot but the cups were still to sore and small and I noticed this feeling alot more especially when I was picking up the boys toys, it felt like my left implant was moving/ sliding up my chest when I bent over.
I've since put my 34D back on and it feels alot better but when I'm walking around this morning it still feels weird :(
Any ideas??

Yes hun it is normal. It's the implant hasn't adhered to its pocket yet. Make sure your bra is supportive and that you aren't over doing things or lifting things. It should go in a few weeks

Hey guys, I still notice that sensation you mention when I bend over (although a bit less) and I'm at 10 weeks...Idk how long they actually take to adhere to the pocket though....

It shouldn't take too long. It's different for everyone of course. Just make sure your bra is super supportive ie your boobs don't move at all. If you are 10 weeks and in normal bras hun I would go back to a sports bra until its gone.

Actually Misf I'm still in sports bras....but I'm going for another follow up tomorrow and will be sure to ask the PS about this! It's not painful just an odd sensation, I just assumed it was because of the implant's weight - it doesn't feel like it's "moving", I can just "feel' it like heaviness on my upper chest muscles when I, for example, stand up and bend totally over and touch my toes (to stretch after a run) or something like that.

But now I'm going to make sure to ask him about it!!!! thanks hun!!

Also I guess my BF has been a bit exuberant with them LOL I'll make him settle down a bit

most of the time they're great, but it's good to have questions to ask the PS when I see him!!!!

Thankyou! That's made me feel abit better! Think I'll do buy yet another sports bra but in my real size and try a 32 band as I don't feel as swollen now, might make me feel abit more secure having a tighter band x
