Hey rosy - honestly, I'd wait a bit longer to go full-scale bra shopping - I mean, you can definitely get measured, and I have one new bra at this point, but I've been told that so many changes will happen I'm not going to get all new bras for a few more months.
but it's great fun to be measured with big lol

Hey hun,
I'd wait to have a big spending spree on bras.
You will have a better idea at 6weeks...but still get measured - it wil give you an idea and it wouldn't hurt to buy 1 or 2 new bras!! :)
I'm just over 3 months and still changing...still waiting to drop and fluff!! lol
Let us know how you got on :)

Re: 4week post op
Maybe buy 1 cheap one or something, and have fun trying them on, but I wouldn't go splurging yet. I've only invested in 1 nude coloured multi-way bra since being able to wear underwire (how practical do I sound?! multi-way AND nude...) and alternate that with some cheap soft cups I have as well.
I just want to give myself some time to let the changes happen before going and buying up large on pricey bras that might not fit soon! (plus I'm waiting till Xmas having made it clear I want lots of vouchers for bra shopping, so that way I don't really have to pay either!!) I sound so cheap... but it's cos I spent all my money on my boobs!!

Re: 4week post op
yer i will still carry on wearing support bras, even after 6 weeks!just nee da coupe of bras for wen i go out on nights out really!not nice wearing support bras when you have a nipple on lol.
i went in to new look, tried a 32 dd on there, just coverd my nip :S but in marks and spencers the dd was a bit big, bras i have tried on so far do seem to fit rite =/ like my breasts arent the rite shape for them?
im not gonna buy a bra yet for a couple of weeks, may buy another support bra ,i only have 3~!
shopping spree wasnt so good..spent £95 on bobbi brown make up! and got a jumper from pri mark. didnt like town, walked past to asian men and they started singing 'we can see your bum bum'... i ignored them ( i had a long coat on,no one could see my bum bum! lol) then i saw the asain man again and he started singing it so i turned round and mouthed T*AT at him.
then a chav girl shouted at me because i didnt move out the way for her and her push chair..she was with her mate who also had a puch chair so they took up all the pavement!! xxxx
