most implants feel and look similar. Its the surgeon and his technique and placement of them that will determine what they look like and how they feel.

Do you mean the naturelle soft touch gel breast implants? As these are slightly firmer because they have the gummi bear type gel in them.

Yeah, they are the ones that aren't 100% filled with silicone so the gel can move about.

I am having the soft touch round natrelles in December with mr hassan @ the hospital group. They feel great, and obviously come in loads of different sizes, and allergen are obviously confident in them as they have lifetime warranty for rupture. They appear to be a good choice. But as Abbie said- it is Down to the surgeon, their technique and placement as to the finished outcome!
