Two months on....
Hi all!
I am just a couple of days away from my two month Mark! I have recovered really well, scars have healed well although still red an raised and can be itchy!! I do still have my lefty riding slightly high so hope she's Gunna drop a little more. I seem to have fluffed a bit now. They're definitely softer and slightly more full woo hoo!
I am able to do all my usual gym workouts again now as well so well happy!!
How is everyone else??

Re: Two months on....
Congrats they look fab-o!! Sounds like two months is still quite early to see final results tho...I'm betting they drop and look even soon babe! Someone I know took 6mths to fully D&F, but looks so natural and full... yours look great for 2 months.
Can I ask you? Do you massage them everyday still? I heard you should do it everyday, for a minute?? Dunno if it's true.... how long did your ps say to do it for?

Hi hun,
Great you are healing well and have had no problems (apart from a pesky lefty, but she still looks good from here lol).
Can I ask how soon you went back to the gym and resumed your normal workouts? I'm worried it will be ages before I can get into a gym or join classes and I'm on a massive get fit vibe at the moment. Want to catch it before winter takes it away and has me snuggling under blankets eating too many biscuits and drinking sweet tea. Ha!

Re: Two months on....
They look awesome, congrats! I am worried about having to stop with the exercise etc for a while after the op, but part of me is actually quite glad for a good excuse to avoid the gym lol!! 2 months isn't too long to wait before getting back to normal gym activities (although that will include December for me, erm, better lay off the mince pies then!) xx
