Hi girls, can anyone tell me do you wake up with your sports bra on or does the nurse fit you into it , and is it on the day of BA or day after?

hi hun, i woke up with no bra, just plaster things over my incisions, they helped me into my bra about an hour later xx

I woke up with a sports bra on.
I had taken 2 with me 34c & 34D. First thing I did was check which one they left in the bag.......!
I had loads of tape strapping them down too. Not very glamarous!

OMG amy so you got to see your twins right away yaaay you, I was wondering if I would be bandaged up like a mummy lol and didn't get to see the result's until the check up. How was you stay at dolan park did they leave you alone for a long period of time did you find it comforting there at all ?

im only taking a 34c bra from asda,its a wireless bra but not a sports bra,was only £4...starting to think iv got the wrong bra as this doesnt look like its going to suppport me much! :s xxx

hi divadust, yes i saw them straight away!! ur not really 'bandaged up' just white sticky plasters over the incisions thats all. I had my hubby with me and he was amazing, but to be honest, ur so tired and dopey ur not really in the mood to chat anyway, they leave you through the night, but leave the door open during the day if you want them to, and there's usually someone popping in. You have a massive tv on the wall too hun, with loads of channels. And wi fi!!! Phone reception is rubbish but i managed to call people and get reception if i sat in the window sill!!!! Keep the window shut during the night, the sheep are very vocal and the cockrel wakes up at 5am!!! GRRRRR!!!!!

Omg amyD LOL there's a bloody cockerel I'll kill it lol ,
so really and truely if its not the kids its the cockerel :doh: well am I glad you mentioned that one can you Imagen the shock on my face when all that noise starts early in the morning, you must have been stunned or did they inform you of there permanent resident mr heckles the cockrel lol

I think they would help u into your bra, but maybe some clinics are different, its made me so at ease knowing amyd went to dolan park...and im glad i have been pre warned about the cockeral..il be defo adding ear plugs to my list of things needed lol

I woke up with mine on, they asked me to leave my bra's out & put one of them on while I was still knocked out! I could take the bra off at anytime and look at them lol, I only had dressings over my incisions xx

I woke up with nothing but the gown on, and then the nurse helped me into the surgical bra (which closed in the front) before I left.
I like that I was able to see my new boobies and didn't wake up all bandaged!

Amy D !!!! You are so so funny bless you for making me laugh ALL DAY today I tell you I haven't stopped, I've been trying to picture your face in the early hour's of the morning when the cockerel started, I when't to buy a sports bra today looking around and all I could think about was you in the room with the damn cockerel outside Lol, this has certaly taken off some of my heat towards the BA now I 've something to look out for & keep my mind occupied while looking out the window I'LL TRY TO SPOT IT I tell him you said hi shall I ? lol
