Yeah as cakey said it depends on what result your wanting and your stats before the op, ie, if you like the "augmented" look then go for the rounds, saying that tho you can still achieve a very natural look with round implants as some of the girls on here will show you but if you have little or no breast tissue and are wanting a more natural slope to the breast then the teardrop shape is often recommended, but with the shaped implant there is a tiny risk of rotation and if this happens then the breast will look mis-shaped! (Must express that the risk is extremely small), i had anatomical implants as i was wanting a "natural look" and i must say i am over the moon with the results. If you would like to see my pics feel free to message me for my password, xxxxx

As em_stevo says above depends on your stats first off. i.e. breast tissue to determine placement and any possibility of seeing or feeling the implant. I have anatomicals as wanted a natural look, have boney chest, little breast tissue and was advised by P.S. that would be best for me. However many girls with rounds have fantastic results. I think you need to be guided by the surgeon, as what is possible for you before making any decisions. You are welcome to look at my pics. just p.m. me. xx
