Re: unsure what to tell my kids
don't worry LM. All kids go through these little blips. just sit him down on his own quietly for a cuddle and a chat, lighten the whole thing up and say ur looking forward to it and excited.... even if ur terrified!!! Best of luck hun, this will all pass. Being a mother is very emotional eh?!

thanx amyd, yeah think im being too emotional coz of the op getting so close lol my hubby thinks im over thinking about it and that its just a hiccup wiv his behaviour, but yeah im thinking i might explain a little and like u say make it positive, think im at point where as many girls have said already i dont mind if he says anything at school coz my friends r all behind me and anyone else i dont give a monkeys if they disagree. thanx everyone for ur support and advice, so glad i found this site :) xxx

Re: unsure what to tell my kids
my personal opinion is you shouldnt tell yout children, because i don't think 'mummy has body issues' is something that needs to be passed on to impressionable children. I told my littl ebrother I'd had a shoulder op and thats why i was sore and couldnt move my arms much.
