I found this site girls and although it does talk about American surgeons etc it has a gallery of BA's, talks about things to help Pre and Post Op (like arnica etc), diagrams and info on risks e.g Double Bubble (http://www.breastimplants4you.com/double-bubble-breast.htm)
and other problems that occur....just thought it would be a good read if you haven't already come across it.
