i found them a bit crap tbh. Not very supportive at all, felt no more supportive than a tight vest tbh. I did however find them useful for a first post surgery bra to take to the hospital, because as theyre so flimsy and stretchy, you can get away with it if the size isnt exactly correct, so handy until you know what size you are and can get a proper sports bra

Hi everyone, Im really struggling knowing what size to get! Iv been trying to pick up some cheap ones but its hard to know where to start size wise.

Im currently a 32 band but matalan, tesco and asda dont seem to do alot of sizes in a 32 for some reason.
I dont really want to spend £30+ for a bra that might not even be my size.

Sorry to hi-jack your post pussycat x

what i have read is that due to swelling you can go up a band size to a 34, but then again some ppl dont swell so much..... but i think most do.

Whatever you buy don't take the labels off and if they don't fit take them back, that's what I did with some of the ones I bought xx

Thankyou sweetlipses, I ended up buying one, if anything just for the sake of buying a DD cup bra!!! I was so excited, although I did cover myself up while the cashier was scanning it through, I bet she looked at my none existant boobs and thought "you wish"!!.
I do want to get a macom but my pcc says it's pointless as I'll just be wearing the strap for so long (?!) I can't imagine not wearing a bra though?
