Non Support Bra for just one night? in bikini?
Hi Girls
Just wanted your advice - I am 4 weeks post surgery and have got a night out planned this weekend and I cant bear to wear a support/post surgery/sports bra for it - they show in my lovely new dress - so do you think I could wear a non underwired bra for just one night?
Also Im going on holiday for the weekend to spain and will be in a bikini so cant wear the support bra then - i will be 5 week post surgery then.
Thanks
Jo

Best to check with your surgeon. I had healed enough to be able to go swimming at 5 weeks post op but was still told to wear sports bra as much as possible

I went out 3 weeks post op in a normal underwired bra, I put cotton wool over my incisions and it was comfortable.
Could you get a supportive bikini? xx

Definitely check with your surgeon - at almost 4 weeks post op mine told me I didn't have to wear the sportsbra all the time anymore (I still feel more comfortable in it though) but every surgeon is different!

Yeah i would definaltey check with your surgeon to see what he says, I wouldnt see it being a major problem as some surgeons to say its ok to go swimming at 5/6 weeks post op..but do just check what your surgeon says. x x
