Best Nights Sleep Since BA...
Hi Ladies,
Last night I slept without a bra on and had the best nights sleep I've had since having my BA 2 months ago. I slept on my side and propped my boob up with a pillow and it was sooooooo comfy. I never thought I'd be comfortable sleeping without a bra on ever again. I usually sleep in my sports bra but lately its been really uncomfortable at night. Even when I have it on during the day it really hurts my ribs.
I've finally managed to find a solution to waking up every morning feeling really sore and grumpy. Even my boobies looked happy this morning
I'm actually looking forward to tonight! x x x

It's a lovely feeling isn't it! As soon as I could bin the sports bra I did! Haven't worn it unless I'm at the gym.
Re: Best Nights Sleep Since BA...
I can't wait to be able to do that but I am not sure if I will be brave enough to do it... I am worried I will do something to my boobs while asleep
Also, does the sports bra help with the dropping/fluffing business?
I sometimes think if I wear normal bras, my boobs won't settle in properly!!!

IDK I can't wait to get rid of these too - although I alternate between the sportsbra, the tank top with built in bra, and the surgical bra I was sent home in - so they're always supported but I am looking forward to normal bras and of course, no bra!!!!
