when can I do yoga again? Empty when can I do yoga again?

I had my BA on the 8th August, I am feeling really well, no pain/discomfort and the pulling muscle effect thingie has gone away but I am really scared it will come back if I do yoga.



Does anyone do yoga here? how does it feel after BA?

Probably best to ask your surgeon on that one, I'm unsure about yoga so not sure how it would affect muscles etc.
