Squieking feeling in right boob

Hey girls. Sorry havent posted in ages .... But im still here and still in the uk then back to germany on friday. Before i go i might have to go to see my nurse again... In my right boob i have a funny feeling when i push it to the middle slightly it has a squiekie feeling just without the squieking noise ...i dont know what it is i have no pain thou. I had my 6 week check up i didnt like it at all nurse only asked if my nipples feel ok took a picture from front and from side and that was all. No looking at the scars no feeling if they feel right and thats it ... And then she said i have to come back 3 months after boob job because mr meleagros wants to look at them too. I said no way i live in germany and i cant come back every month for check ups. Im getting a new dog in october and i wont leave it alone so begore 1.january i wont come back . So any way now i have that weirde feeling so dunno if i should wait a little longer ...
