Transport THG
Hello
I am due to be picked up at 9 and the driver has just called me as my postcode isnt comming up on his sat nav as I live in a new build block of flats.
He has just informed me he is currently picking up another lady!
When I was told they would give me transport as my op had to be moved to dolan park which is hours compared to the 10mins it would have been. I asumed I would be by myself. The last thing I want is to be sitting next to someone in the car I dont know :(
Is it normal for there to be someone else in the car??
Thanks
Claire

No they dont usualy pair you up unless you have requested them too and then you only pay half towards the travel

Re: Transport THG
Hi Claire, congrats on your new additions :)
Im thinking of going with THG and I was wondering what the deal is with the transport. Is it included in the price or is it a chargeable extra?
I have an appointment with them on the 19th and I will ask but its always good to be prepared x

Re: Transport THG
I didn't have to pay for transport as I should have been going to the clinic 10 mins down the road from me but they had a burst water main! Xx
