Re: Flying to Spain and Tanning!
You should probably run your flight queries past your PS to be sure... but people go on plastic surgery holidays and fly back after 2 weeks, so you'd have to think that kind of timeframe must be safe?
As for tanning, I think I was told I'll need to make sure to keep your scars out of the sun for a year - so you need to put plaster or tape over them, as if you let the scars tan they will stay dark in colour. Also, I have read some post-op posts saying you need to be careful going topless, as the skin on your boobs is thinner after, and burns easier....
Hope that helps x

Re: Flying to Spain and Tanning!
i was with transform and given the guidelines - 2 weeks before u can fly short flight 6 weeks for long flights , tanning u HAVE to keep ur scars coverd for a year!!! use little plasters if u want to go topless ause SOOOOO much suncream on ur boobs as skin will be streched and burn VERY easily!! xx

Re: Flying to Spain and Tanning!
I went to tenerife 16days post op and I was absolutely fine.
As for tanning - I just put factor 50 on my boobs and they were ok.
The problem I had was getting the back of my legs tanned as I couldn't lie on my boobies for very long!!! lol
