I'm allowed to start using things on my scars now, my PS said it doesn't really matter what I put on them, it's the massaging the scar that will make it go down and heal quicker???

Anyhoo, seeing as I'm free to try whatever I want, I just wanted to know what you guys have used, and in your experience, what has been the best value for money and what has been a rip off?

I massaged mine with bio oil, then just left them, they're fine now

How often did you use the bio oil for? Did you see improvements quickly?XXX

ive tried bio oil, silicone gel, and silicone strips.

So far the silicone strips seem much more effective than anything else

Micro Tape or whatever its called.. My scars are barely visable now!
