So - I'm now a 32F (apparently) and my friend with natural boobs is a 32E/F ...

You would think they were the same size ? NOPE !

Hers are a lot lot bigger than mine , why is that if we are the same size ?

I think they're smaller unfortunately :( My friend is a dd and hers look mahoosive compared to mine. Maybe its because mine are still new and havent dropped yet? But i think natural will always look bigger.x

Yes, unfortunately, we'll always "measure" bigger than we look - because it's a firm tight implant, not squishy fat like a real boob.

but will look better in bathing suits!!!

its a fact fake boobs measure bigger tan they look my friends boobs are a DD and look bloody massivve im a E/F i look no were near lol!! x

It's a shame that ! When I tell people I'm an F they ask if I'm jOking ! Hahha !!

So all of you who have friends the same size as you...ow much bigger are we talking...for example if I wanted to have a full Natural D look......would I need to show the surgeon pics of a DD or like a F or G?

Well I was a 34/36B before, and I'm measuring a 34/36DD now (depending on water weight). But I look like a full C.

I went with 375cc moderate gel unders.

I think overs tend to look bigger as well as high profile - but best bet is to take pics of what you want into your doctor. One girl on here brought a pic of Salma Hayek (you can read the post if you "search" Salma Hayek) and see the pics - he made her almost identical!!
