Re: tight skin!
Hi meme,
for me the tight feeling got better gradually but it was at about day 5 post op I felt I could breathe quite easily again i'm now 11 days post op and still feel a little tight but other than that I've got my energy back and feeling back to normal. Congratulations on your BA and hope you have a good recovery.

Re: tight skin!
meme - I agree with donna and dawn, around day 3-4 (I'm on day 5 now LOL) the tightness no longer affected my breathing as much as it had on days 1-3 where it was really difficult to take a deep breath without much discomfort!
I'd say about 1-2 days left until you feel the relief!
Of course, the tightness in the actual boobies is still very much there!!!
congrats on your new
xx

Re: tight skin!
hey hun, im afraid i cant help you much, as i didnt get a tightness as i was saggy pre ba so has skin to spare! lol but limit the activity u do with your upper body, as it will give you muscles n skin the best chance of recovery xxx

Re: tight skin!
BKOZ - what I did was instead of breathing in and expanding my chest, I breathed really deep and let my tummy expand (kind of like they teach in Yoga??) if that makes any sense? it allowed me to get a deep breath without too much discomfort of the elephant on my chest - don't worry, a couple days and this will pass!
i'm SO HAPPY for you!!!!!!!
