Thanks Divadust :) only 2 days.. the hours will fly, you will think they are going slow, but when you get home after the op you will be like..wow that came and went quick!! i did. x

LHB you're looking fab! :) How did it feel getting them into a proper bra so soon?

Is it worth asking someone to prepare me for what removing the drains are like? Or is it different for everyone?

They look huge.. seriously! in my support bras and sports i look quite small i think, but trying on a proper fitted bra does wonders :) i felt huge in it :) when you put a proper bra on i bet you are amazed x

Thanks freckle :) Drains do not hurt to take out!!! unless you are unlucky like me and they get stuck, but doesnt happen to many!! it only lasted a few seconds so it was soon forgotten x

Oh that's such a relief! Thanks :) How long did it take you to come round properly from the anesthetic? My surgery is at 9am so I'll be out of surgery and back in my room by 11am...just wondering if I'll be asleep most of the day or need things to keep me amused all day and night!

I was being put to sleep at 8.45am..ish.. and to be honest you knda lose track of time so i am not sure what time i was fully awake sorry. I apparently woke up in recovery, then fell back to sleep on my way back to my room, but woke up as soon as i got there. i did not fall asleep again.. i was very much wide awake for the rest of the day and evening x

i think it's just were i'm getting so used to them now cannot wait to get them in a bra i've still got 9 weeks to go till underwires 3 till non wired bras :) how is it recovering after getting them through ur nipple? what sort of implany did u get? x

I hade 375cc and 400cc high profile cohesive eurosilicones. :) well happy with them, though the bigger implant one is alot bigger than the other but surgeon thinks its just fluid.. ahwell they dont look different in a bra so its ok. Im finding recovery fine now, went back to work 8th day post op. i dont really know because i dont know what crease feels like, but alot of people talk about it being uncomftable in bras etc, where as with areola no irritation at all :) x

I knowww :/ and i dont have big nipples at all, small ones really, weird isnt it. Amazing, from 2 foot away you cant see them , seriously, well happy. im putting pics up on picturetrail soon, ill send you the password, as a few people seem to be intrigued about areola incision scars x

Wow, theres some great advice and information here. I am an October lady too, the 31st. I am 5'6 weigh 8.7 stone and size 8. I am getting 450 overs and hope to be a 32D/DD going from a 32 very empty saggy b/c due to breast feeding.

Do you ladies think 450 overs will achieve the size I want???

Can any of you Post BA beauts suggest what I should be bringing with me to the hospital? I thought about bringing a towel and my laptop and some dvd's to keep myself busy but I don't know if it's worth it...my surgery is 9am so I need to keep myself amused that night once I've woken up a bit. Any words of wisdom? :)

kizzy- i'm almost sure you'll achieve that size from that implant xx

freckle- I also stayed overnight u will have a tv in ur room and you'll be pretty fuzzy from the ga so probably spend most of the day on and of sleeping, i had drains so probably wouldn't of wanted to lug a laptop around but some of the other girls have its really ur choice xx
