Oh gosh been there, i just wanna shout it now but its fun not telling them! hehe, i found facewipes a life saver or even a cool flannel around the back of my neck really cooled me xxxx

it will get better i remember first month i wanted to rip them off my chest cause of the heaviness and pain but after few weeks it got better

Sorry you're in so much pain. Day 3 & 4 are the worse, I think it's because you're psychologically prepared for the pain on day 1 & 2, then you're kind of expecting it to get a bit better - then the sensitivity comes back and it flippin hurts !!

Mine were really warm for the first week too. Was hoping they'd stay that way - something to warm my hands on at this year's festivals when the sun goes down, but alas they've gone to normal temp. Now wondering at what temp do they freeze !! Hysterical

Keep your spirits up, coming on here for support & taking your meds hun.

Hey renz, wud love to see your pics if thats ok? soz you are feeling so ruf, as nads said watch that temperature and take regular paracetamol to keep it down. I was given a weeks supply of antibiotics so perhaps you shud check with your ps to be safe? Hpe you feel better soon honey. x Flash
