Inspira Vs CUI?
Hi,
I understand that if you have CUI implants and they rupture within the first 3 years then my surgery provider replace these but with the Inspira implants these have a lifetime guarantee and £700 towards surgery after the 3 years. That aside as well as the extra cost and difference in size and profiles, I wondered if there would be any difference in look or feel on the overall post op result if I chose one or the other. I want to look/feel as natural as possible. Plus, what is considered a lifetime in the world of Inspira implants?

CUIs have a 10 year warranty this is for implant only.

I'm unsure about the £700 toward surgery costs for the first 3 years, but that's not really necessary anyway in the UK, most clinics offer aftercare cover for ruptures and CC for at the very least three years so the surgery would be free. After that should you have a complication the surgery costs are your responsibility. With CUIs as I said above you will get your free implants for ten years, with Naturelles you will get lifetime cover for as long as you have them in your body, I say as long as they're imlanted because chance are you will need to have the replaced anyway within a ten year time frame according to the FDA.
So choose which you feel best for yourself hun, I personally chose the CUIs as I found no good reason to spend the extra money on implants that would last as long as each other I personally find them very soft, almost as soft as a natural breast (no implant will feel completely naturel) and am very happy with my choice.
On the flip side, someone here did recently change their implants from CUI to Naturelles
and said there was a difference in softness and she was very happy with
them.

Thanks. You're probably right, the whole guarantee thing doesn't really warrant spending the extra £400. They are both fully covered for the first 3 years. The fact that Inspira's have £700 towards surgery after the 3 years and up to 10 is a bonus. My trouble is that they only offer high and low profiles in the CUI's at my clinic. I wish they did moderate and that's why I am looking at the Inspira's. I think if one feels more natural than the other, that could really steer me towards one over the other!
