Yes hun, it is shocking that more choice is not given, which is why being able to ask and talk to the surgeon and ask questions is so important.

Thats what BJSF is all about, we pull no punches in telling all the members the truth, you'll get to read the good side of surgery here and also the lad.
You'll learn so uch from here, especially from those who have experienced the bad side.
I'm so passionate that women should take just an hour of their life to do the research needed before jumping into surgery, it's so important, along with that second consultation to clear any questions or concerns you might have before surgery and to know that it's NEVER too late to cancel. Money is nothing compared to living with a possible mutilated body for the rest of your life. That might sound scarey but it does happen. xx
