so sad- :-( boob job in poland

Poor lady :-( I think we can all sympathise what she must of been feeling pre ba! And its awful what happened :-(
But what I don't understand is WHY the surgeon and clinic haven't been named (and possibley may not be)
Although I don't think £4800 is that cheap? Sounds harsh but maybe she didn't do a lot of research here in the UK before hand?
Rip to this lady xxxx

Aww that's really sad. Rip to her and my sympathies go out to her family

I saw this in the paper today too. Such an awful thing to happen. I may be wrong but my understanding was that the reason they weren't named was because the investigation found that her death wasn't directly caused by their negligence. I think she had either a reaction to the anaesthetic or a stroke which could have happened to her wherever in the world she was. What the article did say however was that if she'd been in the uk the procedures would have been carried out in a hospital rather than a clinic where there are more facilities available in case of an emergency.
The price she paid wasn't dirt cheap but probably at least a third less than what she'd have paid had she been in the uk. Poor lady had just lost her husband and was having surgery to cheer herself up. Very very sad x

Is it possible you can cancel your surgery Kerry? Having just looked up your chosen surgeon on the GMC register I found he is NOT on a specialist register to perform plastic surgeon. He is just a general surgeon.
I am concerned for you greatly lovely. An uplift is a big operation and requires great skill which this surgeon who isn't on a specialist register for plastic surgery.
I'd personally lose my money even if I lost a deposit and not have this surgeon operate on me hun. Xx
