Hi
I'm eight weeks and just wondering what other girls post op instructions were.
I had to wear sports bra and band for 6 weeks.

At 6 weeks I was told I can wear non wired for three months...long time coz thatl make me approx 5 months but that's wat my surgeon wants.

Seeing my Surgeon in four weeks for another check up and pray that my scars reduce so thatl make me three months.

Ps. Anyone sleep on tummy now but scared they are making their implants out of shape? Or am I just being weird?!
I'm finally able to sleep on my tummy and sides and I know logically they cannot burst as they are like stress balls! Hehe

I was lucky from 6 weeks post op I was able to do anything, wear anything and treat my boobs as if they were natural.

I didn't like sleeping on my front until 7 months post op. Your implants should be fine tummy sleeping, dont worry.
