Id go with what your surgeon recommends, unless they are selling you the bras?? maybe its just a money maker!! Im not sure... Iv only been wearing a low impact sports bra, and wearing a sports vest over that when i go to work to keep them secure.... so many things to do, not do, think about... but best thing EVER!

No I don't think its do with My Breast they're called Macom and sell all sorts of post surgical gubbins. Get a 15% discount if you mention your surgery is with them though which is better than nothing I suppose.

i think you probably just need to try different sports bras as not all of them will rub the incisions. Obviously thats not good, but i know i keep saying it, but the debenhams sports bras dont touch the incisions, yet offer high impact support
