Sore Ribs !! Empty Sore Ribs !!

Hey ladies,

I'm healing well and scars are looking good !! But-- iv noticed if I stretch at all or rub my side it feels like I have bruised ribs ? Especially on the left side though I have no obvious bruising ... Has anyone felt this ? My boobs don't hurt at all anymore just my ribs !

Yes sweetie, lots of us experience rib pain, like you say it's often still there even after the breast pain has reduced. My pain lasted a good few months there but did get better day by day. xx

Yes I felt my ribs were the worst, think I had more swelling by my ribs which made them very tender for a while, It does pass eventually.

My ribs were very sore at first, even lower than down where I wouldn't have expected. They are better now but still sore at the sides. My boobs randomly aches once and while (at 7 days today!) but pain/discomfort is mostly gone, just tightness.

yeah me too, really sore ribs underneath where the bra strap would be. My pain has only just gone at 3 weeks and it was mainly the ribs so ur not on ur own hun. take care cx

I remember it well, it will pass but it did take a few months. I don't know why but I still get an odd day where I get sore ribs still?

My ribs are really sore, the left side is worse than the right. Why is this??? I'm 25days post op and boob pain has reduced greatly. I thought this was strange. Glad I'm not the only one.

Aw thanks alot girls - glad I'm not alone on this - it's an odd feeling when ur expecting ur boobs to ache but instead it's ur ribs ? Lol, I'll keep resting and hopefully I'll notice it going,
