Hey girls,

I just now found this website so I'm not too sure how it all works, but I am in serious need of advice asap! I just had my pre op earlier today and I'm so afraid that the size I chose is too small.

I am about 5'3 and currently weigh 115. However, I have gained weight and am planning on getting down to my usual weight of 100-105. Pior to the weight gain I was 32A, but am now a 34A. I wanted to become about a full C/small D, even a regular D would be great, but I think the size I have won't get me there.

My doctor recommended I do something smaller for my body type because I mentioned I wanted it to look somewhat natural; but by saying that I really just meant I don't want it to turn out redicuously huge for my size. I ended up going with his recommendation of 325cc because he kept reassuring me that it would look nice with my body. I want to trust him, however, I am so afraid that I will spend all this money and they'll turn out too small!

What do you girls think? I am pretty much flat chested so do you think a 325cc will get me to at least a full C? I know it's hard to tell but please give your imput. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! Thanks

I would say it will get you a full C probably. It's about 100cc per cup size (sometimes more sometimes less). But if you are worried you should try to get another consultation with your surgeon to go over sizes again. I'd take pictures with you of boobs you like so that you can show your surgeon exactly what you want, as your idea of a C might be quite big and his may be quite small.

If you're at all worried about anything 'pre-op' I'd forget about surgery till you were 100% sure you were completely happy with the surgery plan, you're spending a whole lot of money for potential disappointments should you continue to press on regardless of your own concerns.

I'd follow misf1s advice babe, get a second consultation, use pics to explain the look you're wanting and don't leave till both you and your surgeon are happy with everything! xx

I agree with the girls... get another consult to discuss size. This is an important decision and you dont want to be disappointed. Take in some photos of how you want your boobs to look bring in photos that show the proportions you want your boobs to have to you body.

Another good site is [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Before you go through with the surgury you need to feel confident with all the choices you have made.

First of all trust your surgeon, if you've told them the look you want and the size etc I'm sure they will have chosen something that will be right for you, remember were all different so a 325 on you could take you to a D where on another girl good be like an E lol!

If your unsure definatly book a second consultation, take some photos of what your looking for, after all its a lot of money to spend and you want to get it right, plus you want to be confident going ahead.

I'm a simular weight to you and Im debaiting a 260/300cc is going to be too big so were all in the same boat, but I trust my surgeon so fingers crossed!!

Hope you find the right size huni x x x

Hi hon... I am going through the exact same thing. I told my surgeon I want a D cup and he has said 350cc silicone anatomical unders. I am now second guessing his decision and thinking of asking for at least 400cc... let me know what you decide xxoo
