go bra shopping and know the size you get won't change? I'm hoping to have my surgery September and want to ask for LaSenza/M&s gift vouchers as xmas gift, so would be roughly 3mths post op by the time I'm ready for shopping, but I don't want to spend then if they're still likely to change size again, I want to save the big splurge for the permanent bras if that makes sense.

One year, then your size should not change (unless you gain/lose weight). I would suggest just buying essential bras and maybe one pretty set if you cant resist. I've seen people spend hundreds on bras at 6 weeks post op when they are allowed to wear underwire and in a couple of months none fit them anymore.

I'll have to keep window shopping for now then, I love LaSenza, but Matalan and New Look do some pretty ones fairly cheap, also like Tesco's and Sainsburys so I guess I'll be shopping there post op for a bit.

You 'generally' get the all clear to shop for wired bras around the 6 week mark, some a little earlier some a little later, I was 3 months post-op, I felt in my sports bra's I'd fluffed, they were tight and I was bustin' over the top of them! I measure now a 32F, I have never since that day fluffed again, that was my one and only fluff lol.

I bought, one white bra, one black bra and one nude so I covered all bases and had a coulred bra for everything I had to wear, I knew not to overdo the shopping so early so even though there were so may pretty bras, I was sensible and stayed with the necessities as I was well aware it may have been possible to fluff again.

I'd just buy the neccessities for your first shop hun, then if after a couple of months there's no sign of further fluffing I'd just buy what you wanted then, yeah, it's very possible after around the 3 monthish mark you may fluff again, but from being on here, there's not actually that many that do, but be very aware that some definately do! quite a few times up to a year! xx
