Re: 410cc
Good Luck Becki,
I had 410cc hpsils overs. I was a saggy 34b and so far I am a DD / E and I look it LOL!
B3cki, everyone copes differently post op. I had good and bad days. Some people have hardly any pain whatsoever! Dont be scared though! You will be fine. If you get any pain it will subside (eventually lol). Just make sure you take your meds / antibiotics and you will be fine. (p.s you may need to purchase some senacot because the painkillers really bung you up).
Also remember to take it easy! That is so important. If you exert yourself in the early days it will take you longer to heal. Relax and do not go back to work for at least a week. Re: Bra, I would def rec Macom bra's (online) They are expensive but they hold you comfortably. If you have swelling they allow for that and they shape and support you regardless of the changes in size that will take place in the up and coming weeks. I also bought Matalan bras.
Good Luck x

Re: 410cc
Are European bra sizes smaller than ours in the US? I was a 34 C before and had 400s saline unders and I'm in a 34 DD.
