410cc

I left it to my surgeon to choose which size he thought best for my shape etc and he originally thought 440 or 475cc, I was happy with these, he also mentioned 410cc but I didn't try those as I was happy with the larger two, however he's used the 410cc and now I'm worried I'm not big enough especially once swelling goes down! Asked to be a full c or small d cup so just hoping he's got it right,  i dont want to be disappointed :/ xx

I think you will defo reach your goal size, and maybe more.
What are your stats? I had 375cc and I tall 5 ft 9,  with shoulders  and weigh about 10.5 stone?
I fit a 34 DD bra, everyone is soooooo diff, but 410 is a large implant.

Think you will be fine, pls don't worry.
Just focus on recovering for now x

I am sure you will reach that if not bigger 410 is a large implant, try not to panic and focus on recovering. You still have weeks more of changes to come so enjoy them.

If your surgeon originally thought a larger implant best and then went ahead with the smaller Julie, it's very likely the reason for this is because the larger just simply wouldn't fit. 

we have had many ladies over the years expecting much larger implants, only to find that for 'their' bodies, it's just not possible, but their surgeon will have chosen the biggest implant they could without increasing the risks that are already related to having this surgery. 

410CC is no small implant though! But of course of you're very concerned you should talk it through with your surgeon, but as I said, it's likely they just couldn't fit the larger implants, so your surgeon did the best he could for you. 

Most of the time our ladies are thrilled with the results after healing and getting into normal bras, but there are a very small few who do continue to be unhappy and may still want to go larger. In these cases I will tell you because a larger implant just won't fit 'right now' your surgeon won't be liable for the increase in size you may want later, nor will you be covered for that in your aftercare. 

If you want bigger in the future you will be able to do this, but it will take at least a year before you'll be able to allowing the breast skin to stretch to then accommodate a larger implant. You will also have to pay again for the 2nd op to increase in size. 

As I said though, 410CCs is a large amount going in your breasts! So a C or D, even without knowing your starting stats would be highly likely - if not more. Xx

Like Cookie said, it's likely that he couldn't safely fit a larger implant. In a way, that's a good thing that he didn't try and force something too big in. But if you're concerned, ask him for the exact reason. 

Honestly, you shouldn't be disappointed, it's still a large implant. You're all squished up right now, give them plenty of time and they'll start looking like real boobs. And if you're that dinky, those CCs are going to go a long way! My 340s took me to a DD/E, think how big they'd have been if the surgeon had fit the agreed 375!

Awwww thank you you've all made me feel so much better, i do trust my surgeon and know he's done whats right for me, dont know what i expected to be honest.obviously theres implants there that weren't there before so they are going to be bigger than they were lol i think im just worrying over nothing and being silly :/ xxx

You should reach what you want.. your surgeon will suggest and put in what he thinks is best!
Im 5"5, size 10 and had 335cc implants and im measuring a E at the moment! So implants give different sizes to different stats! xx

It's easy for us to say don't worry, but honestly please don't. I'm 5'7 and weigh 10.5 stone, I had 420cc which took me from a really empty b/c cup) to a 32f/ff depending on the brand.
I'm sure you'll be really pleasantly surprised. It's a great size implant xx

I also felt a bit disappointed too when my consultant said he'd used the smaller implant on me too, I got a 420cc low he said the bigger did fit but there was visable rippling.

I was also worried that my boobs looked like pancakes! Lol but the lovely ladies on here have reassured me that they will plump out & fluff in time!
So I'm feeling a lot happier now :-) im 5 days post op.

Thank you all for your lovely words of reassurance, I dont think the chest band helps as it looks like its flattening them across the top! I did see them in the mirror yesterday before the nurse put my bra on and i could see that they were there! Lol

I had a down day too on day 2/3, it'll pass and your pain will get easier too-

Ahh bless ya x I really struggled on days 2- 5 and was just sleeping he days away. Felt good every  morn just knowing another day had gone and I was a little further on in my recovery.
I hated he morning boob pain, and trying to get up off the couch, and brushing teeth, and soap pump dispensers, and opening the front door....
I could go on! Recovery is a mother,  but it does pass quickly in the grand scheme of things... x

Ahhh thank you both so much it really is so reassuring to know that how im feeling is normal..obviously i expected pain but without the advice and help from all of the lovely ladies on here i know id be worrying my socks off about everything!! I'm struggling with all those things too twinky..its surprising the silly little easy things that I cant do  that are really sooo easy lol. Xx

It's all normal sweety, I know that doesn't stop the pain or emotions your feeling right now but just knowing it is normal & that we have all been through it and you can lean on us, can help. It really does get better, you will be amazed how much better you will feel in just a week!

Im 6 weeks post op this Sunday and I still struggle with getting heavy plates off top shelf, driving (seatbelt & gear stick kill me!), but I am SOO much stronger and more mobile than I was.

It does pass, you just gotta wait it out unfortunatly!
