Size decisions!!

Hi ladies,

I 'm new to this and have joined because after reading up on sizes I have had a bit of a panic!!

I'm booked in for my surgery (first breast augmentation and septo-rhinoplasty) on 17.10.11 withj Dr Persicco and was given the choice of 340cc 380cc and 410cc implants. I had decided after trying them out in a bra that the 380cc was the right size. However after reading on sites and blogs I'm worried these will be too small.

I would like to go to an absolute minimum of a D cup after surgery but would be much happier with a DD or even E. Would i be better of with the 410cc??

Height 5"10

Size 10

Pre BA 34B

I have quite a muscular/boyish frame as I'm a bit of a gym addict, this is one of the reasons for my surgery :)

Opinions and advice would be greatl appreciated!!

Go for the 410's.It's not a huge difference in implant size from the 380's and once they are inside of you they will be a little smaller than when you tried them on in your bra.

hi hun im 5.10 and a size 10 like you, i had 330cc unders and am now a big 36D. I think you would get a D but i would go bigger if you would prefer the bigger size. xx

I am 5 11 and also want to acheive at least a DD!

I'm a small 32b to start with and at my consultation I was advised 380 in left and 410 in right - Hopefully this will give me the size I want!

hi, i was 34b to start out and had 390c pip implants and achieved a d/dd.
5 years later i am having them replaced with 560/615cc.
there really isnt much difference between the 380 and 410, so i would always opt forthe bigger one definately without a doubt!

Hi, I'm the same height and size as yourself and also like working out in the gym. I started out with an A cup had 380cc and am now wearing E or F cup bras and for my height & size they look very natural x

Hi. I am 5ft 8" and had 390cc overs. They are great but slightly smaller than I thought they would be. I would go 410cc. Not much difference in volume between the two sizes anyway.

I'm 5'6 and 50kg, I am having 350cc unders (partial) and the surgeon said I should be a very full C cup or a small D which will suit my frame.

It is extremely hard to decide! I would trust the surgeon, show them a pic of the result you want and they will pick what is right for you. It is very hard and the nightmare is going under and waking up with smalelr than what you wanted! That's a scary, scary thought Size decisions!! 267328

Take in photos, talk to your surgeon and for the sake of a few extra CC I wqould go the larger one if you are comfortable with that option. Your surgeon wouldn't suggest that size unless your frame could handle it and from what I understand people get boobie greed, so go the big ones!

I would go bigger if I could but because I am so small I would look like Dolly PARton Size decisions!! 557141

Hey hun,

I'm about 5'7 ish and a size 10, I started a small B and after 460cc I'm in an E cup sports bra, I'll prob end up an F ish though they don't look that big they look about a DD, if u want a fuller effect and to be closer to an E go with the 410cc ... U have untill ur last meeting on day of surgery to decide anyway Hun so don't panic, consider ur options and surgery day u can make a choice ,

Remember hun - its alot of money to pay if ur not going to be fully satisfied with thr results :-) Xxxxxx

hi hun ild gor for the 380 cuz ur alredi a B so u shuld get a DD - E i was an A i had 410 and im an E with u being a gym adict ild deff go for the 380cc u dont wnat them getting in the way of ur work outs xx

Don't take into account what anyone elses implant sizes are sweetness, the implant size chosen for you will be unique to your own body frame. And never listen to anyone telling you that any difference in implant sizes wont make a difference to you. From experience of just changing of just 50ccs I can tell you honestly - The do.

Make an appointment to see your surgeon again and discuss your sizing concerns, Take in pics of boobs that you like and might realistically fit your frame,maybe suggest that your surgeon take different sizes into theatre and on the day gives you the best implant to give you as close to the look you're wanting as they can.

Sizing is probably the most questioned fear right before surgery so dont feel alone hun, just be sure that you and your surgeon are reading from the same page babe and both of you are 100% happy with the surgery plan. xx
