Cant find the right sports bra???
Hi all.
Im sure this has been posted somewhere before but could really do with any advice that anyone has on the right sports bra to wear.
I am 7 days post op now and have been wearing the m&s medium support sports bra its really rubbing me on the steri strip and i feel like my ribs are burised underneath??
im also finding they rub across the nipples in the way they are sown across, it feels soft to touch but as you ladies now the nipples are vvvv sensitive after surgery.
I have put on a nike sports bra today which is a little better but still doesnt really feel like its ok.
Any help or advice with this one much appreciated xxxx

hey hun the level 4 shock absorber is great support and doesn't irritate too much. if you tuck some steri dressing in under the band it will stop the irritation aswell. it's very uncomfortable when the bra rubs off the scars isn't it! makes me wanna itch!! i'm sure u could sit the dressing over ur nipples too if they are irritated.
