I'm obsessed with how my boobs are gonna look when I lie down lol not sure what kind of implant to get really!! Could I take a look? x

Hi Rachy87, you have great results!!!

My biggest dilemma right now is whether to get round or anatomicals. What made you finalise your decision? Which was the deciding point to get anatomicals?

I am extremely petite (43kg), size 6 and my implant size will be more or less like yours. It would help a lot if I could see your pictures because I can compare like with like.

I'm having anatomical, partial placement. I am having my second consultation with Dr Carver at Holly House, Buckhurst hill on Tuesday 02nd August. Just wondering where you have had your consultations?

So do they look good lying down? Do they spread like you mentioned overs do?

My new overs stay 'up' when I lie down but I quite like that!!

The lying down thing is about anatomicals vs rounds, not unders and overs. They look spread out from the front, but from the side the teardrop shape is still there, which wouldn't occur in natural breasts or round implants. It doesn't bother me at all, I just kept hearing that it was a downside of anatomicals and I wanted to test it out to see how bad it really is!

hi loopyloo (that was my nickname as a child) im new to this website, i have an app to see my surgeon on the 20th sept, i am going for unders and pear shaped ones as i want them to look as natural as poss but i have been told that round ones might be better incase they turn, what made you go for them? Are you happy that you went for them? Im 42 so i worry that my skin will give them more room to move about! Hi Clairelouise,
Im having anatomicals mainly because my surgeon likes them and recommended them for my shape. I know that sounds silly but I went to 3 surgeons, then back to him and I trust his judgement. Plus the implants he uses are coated so less risk of movement. I know its not for everyone but Im also having biggish implants and really want them to look natural if that makes sense? He spent ages measuring me and talking me through implant measurements and I think this one will fit in my existing shape.

Cheers your surgeon sounds really good. I am writing a list of questions to take with me when i see my surgeon (its nearly as long as my arm now!!!!) will mention about the implants being coated.
