Re: Bought my sports bra today
hi jemmy..when i bought my 34c sports bra and a 34d i tried them on before my BA and thought they did'nt look big enough, as even with my flat chest there was'nt much spare in them, but now i have my boobs and i am filling them nicely, they stretch a lot so dont judge your size on the look of the sports bra as those sports bras can hold quite a lot of boob.

Ah its all exciting times hun, buying sports bras and wearing rice boobies, i loved it, they are really comfy arent they hence why i took 2 months to get out of mine lol x
Re: Bought my sports bra today
How did you guys know what size sports bra to buy?? I suppose I could use my rice boobies as a guide, but then I think, what if there's quite a bit of swelling, do you buy a band-size up too?

Re: Bought my sports bra today
Hi - I was 34aa and had 265cc a week ago but 10 days before I bought 34 B and C - and 36 B and C - in white and black and got about 7 of them all from George / Asda (also bought one from Tescos but not a comfy or look quite so nice and still need to take it back actually). 4 days post op and I tried on the 34 B and C and they fit just the same !! so have kept those and took back the 36's as I don't need them at all. They are only £4 and in fact on saturday i noticed they are £6 for 2 !!!! Three of my other huge big busted girlfriends were so impressed by seeing mine they have all got to get themselves one cos they are so comfy and they use them for when they are gardening. Hope that helps.

Yeh you could take your rice boobs with you to m&s! lol, I tried on some moulded shaped bras and at my consult my ps gave me a 32d to try the implants in and they fit perfectly and still do! x

Re: Bought my sports bra today
Sports bras are good and stretchy and so comfy.
I judged the size to buy pre-op based on the size of my implants and my surgeon's advice. I was also surprised that pre-op the 36d sports bra didn't seem too massive. However that same sports bra fitted great and was very supportive post op. I have only just stopped wearing my 36d sports bra and was shocked to find that my boobs have now been measured as a 34f!!!

My ps told me to bring in a 36D. Closer to the time I'll buy more sizes for swelling etc.

Re: Bought my sports bra today
I am planning on shopping for a sportsbra soon as well. I've got loads of nursing bras that are C D and E and obviously no underwire...has anyone used a nursing bra as they are just as huge as sportsbras...? why not? xx
