What bras do you recommend please??
Going to start bra shopping this week as I only have 2 weeks left to go now! But I just don't know where to start!!!! I bought some cheap ones from asda but heard a few bad things about them and don't want to end up with one that irritates me! Do you have any you can recommend please?

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I got mine from M&S. Great job. I also got ones from Primark, have to say that they were the most comfy for sleeping in!
The asda ones nearly drove me mad with iratation.
I wouldnt spend too much on each bra, as your shape and size tends to change alot.
Good luck x

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I liked the asda post surgery bras (not their sports bras)
I also had a tesco one which was nice
M&S sports bra and a M&S shock absorber one (but that made my boobs ache for the first few weeks but 4 weeks after it was lovely)
Xxxx

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I've got 3 shock absorber bra's two black and one white I found it was more comfy to go up a band size to sleep in. One of my black ones is too small as I was measured as an e with bandages on but turned out to be an f when they were off. I didn't know the bra was too small but it pressed my nipples in so hard I was in agony. Had to go and get remeasured and buy again 3 days later! Good luck hun xx

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I loved my asda sports bras, had no problem with them at all, also had a Z bra (it's a post surgery bra for after BAs) which I also found great.
Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I've been living in Macom bras - they are soooo comfy & supportive. I don't think I'm ever going to go back to normal bras!! Well, maybe I will but irs going to be a shock! X

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
Me too - the Macom bras are awesome. I had my BA last Tues. I couldn't wear the post op bra the surgeon put me in as it was too uncomfortable - I ordered a Macom one and it is fab. Really comfy and supportive X

I have the tesco ones and I love them -- they do a medium and full support I have both ! I took my tesco one with me and a shock absorber too and the surgeon choose the tesco one for me to wear ! Crazy !

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I had the sports bra from M&S. I wore it for the 1st 3 days for support but then it just got realy uncomftable. My top rib felt bruised and it started to really hurt with it pushing against it. i havent been wearing one since as my surgeon said not to bother (my nurse said i should though) but yeah.. I havent bothered and its soo much better for me. x

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
I'm normally a 32 and have found my 32 sports bra quite tight so might be worth gettin a bigger band size? I got the M&S High Impact Non Wired Sports Bra and although it's a little tight round the band I really like the style of it as I think it makes my boobs look quite nice haha! Rather than coverin the whole boob and makin them look cone shaped it's kind of a V neck so really good to wear with low cut tops!! So i'm quite happy to wear that for the nxt 6wks & would recommend!
Anyone will think i'm an agent for M&S i've talked about them on about 10 posts haha!! xx

Re: What bras do you recommend please??
Ha ha ha!! Its so helpful to know what works for others though isn't it so I'm sure they all appreciate your advice hun. I never ever thought to look but I went in go outdoors today and if you have a discount card they do shock absorber level 4 bras for £15!!!! Which is a bargain so I've got one of those, an Asda support bra, a Matalan support bra and I now have an M&S bra on my list lol! I'm sure I will find one I'm comfortable with out of all those lol! Thanks hun x
