my surgen forgot to bring 'the strap' with him to surgery and his sectetury was ment to put it in the post for me but hasnt arrived yet. should do by tomorrow but what do i do for now, will it make much difference? for now im gently putting pressure on the tops of boobs with my hands as much as i can, will this help? xx

some people arent even given a strap depending on their surgeons preference, me included! so im sure a couple of days wont do you any harm xx

cheers guys. littlerly just as i was writing this, it arrived :) now wearing it, ive got it on quite firm not tight, is this right? and do you know if i have to wear it day and night? iknow i should wear it until i see my surgeon next (aweek on friday) xx

Yeah hun, you should wear it 24/7 and it should be tight, but not so tight you can't breathe LOL, but the tighter you can tolerate the better hun. xx

Hi hun, just make sure its above your boobs and quite tight, 24/7 until you see your PS again x
