Anyone had an uplift and implant together?
Hi, im due for a consultant on 12 july and if i decieded that i still want it, then ill go for my op on 29 August 2010. I have a 2 year old daughter and due to pregnancy and breastfeeding, my boobs have sagged an awful alot and i have lost nearly 2 stone in weight the last 3 months.
So i am opting on a uplift and implant? Can anyone that have had this, just give me some general advice? Also do you prefer over or unders? I have researched so much info on the net, but it would be nice to speak to people and get there personal advice. Thanks girls

Re: Anyone had an uplift and implant together?
I want to have under the muscle. The PS im seeing is doctor moraci at harley medical group, but i am going to mya on the 9th. Although i have been to consultation with them last year when i first decieded then cancelled as i was scared.
My main concern is having it look as natural as possible. Did you have an anchor scar with your uplift, what is your scaring like? How big did you go? Who was you PS?

That's good that you have had / are having more than one consult xx
I wanted natural as possible as well so didn't have very big implants but have ended up rather on the large side xx went from a D to G/H with 170 & 230 CC xx
I didn't have anchor uplift, I had lollipop lift, so no incision along the breast crease xx My scarring was particularly messy first time round and as I have had to have a reop for bottoming out it is now even worse plus I now have symmastia (raised skin in the middle) xx
My PS was Mr Khan at Transform and I would NOT recommend him for this procedure based on MY experience xx I'm still unhappy even after the reop as the problem has not been fixed satisfactorily so WILL be having a third op with someone else at some stage in the future to put the mess right xx
On the up side there are lots of girls on here who have had different surgeons carry out this procedure and they are more than happy with the results xx
The key is research, research, research and check the aftercare policy and make sure that you understand it xx

Best advice EVER! Also remember to note in your consultation the surgery plan offered and sweetie, no matter how happy you might be with your first consultation, no matter how many offers are thrown at you to book on the day DON'T DO IT!
Always, go home, digest the imformation, THINK about the plan that has been suggested for you and feel free to ask the surgeons here any concerns you may have or ask us girls who have been through these procedures and ALWAYS have other consultations to compare to hun.
When you've chosen your surgeon and clinic, arrange a second consultation with your choice of surgeon to go through the plan again with you and be 100% sure before you leave that you understand everything and are happy with your plan.
I had an anchor uplift and BA at the same time hun, the scarring isn't that bad but I did get an infection which has effected some of my scarring and when I'm well enough I will be having scar revision which is already agreed by my surgeon.
I'm now a 32F from a 32B and have a very natural result, the op isn't so bad, it did take a little longer healing that a regular BA (I've had both) and if you have small children this might mean you need a little more care for them sweetness.
Good luck hun! and please keep us updated. xx

Hello
You've already been given some great advice so I've nothing to add there.
I have also had an uplift with implants together, mine was the anchor incision and I had overs. I'm very pleased with the result, my scarring isn't too bad but I was unlucky to lose a little of the pigment from my aereola and this does bother me a little. xx
