Anatomical girls need your advise please
Hi all
After reading alot of your stories and posts I have a few questions.
Surgeon has suggested Natrell Anotomical partial unders 4oo MX 410cc
I initiall told him I want to be a D/DD but after reading all of your post etc on fluffing I have now changed my mind and want to be a Full C, after the fluffing process maybe a D?
Do you think reducing from the 410cc to the 370cc will achieve the full C cup? which was my prepregnancy size?
Has anyone had the Antomical turn or rotate? this is worrying me....
Do they look fake when you lay dowm like the surgeon suggests?
Can any of you see/feel the implant at the sides or bottom?
Do they feel/look real or fake? I am currently a saggy breast feed marble in sock 34b.
Argh sorry so many questions floating round my head, I am booked in for my BA at the end of Aug, really cant wait to get my boobies back but scared at the same time.
Thanks xx

Re: Anatomical girls need your advise please
I don't have anatomicals hun and leave those that do to answer the questions related to those implants, I just wanted to point out that the 'fluffing process' is not an absolute given hun, some women will not fluff at all, from my own experience of seeing a lot of women having had their surgeries come and go here for the last year and a half it's a VERY small few that don't fluff but it's certainly not something I would depend on babe. xx
Re: Anatomical girls need your advise please
Hey Cookie,
Thanks hun, I am not depending on the fluffing but am worried they will be massive if I do, hence the full C Cup.
I am sooooo pleased this web site was set up, the surgeon didnt even mention fluffing to me, I would rather be a full C then maybe fluff than a D and maybe fluff to an e lol xx

Re: Anatomical girls need your advise please
Hi Hun I'm only 5 days post op with anotomicals :-) I was barely an a cup and have had 375cc I am now currently wearing a d cup sports bra :-) I love my boobies and once they settle they will look very natural :-) xxxxxxx rotation is less likely to happen as the implants are textured to help stop that from happening :-) if you were unlucky enough to get rotation then with THG I'm covered in my aftercare which means free surgery as they have a lifetime guarantee xxxxxxx

Hi Hun wow 5 days post op..... How was it? how you feeling? can I ask you how much you paid? and where did you have it done?
Althou I have booked my op, I have yet to sign the contract so can change, loving the sound of the lifetime guarantee......
Oh my god from an A to a D already...... think 370cc may be toooo much lol xxx

Re: Anatomical girls need your advise please
In all honesty I've had a great experience :-) I went with The Hospital Group Mr Seno he was fab as you can see it cost just over £4k and that included an overnight stay at Dolan Park private hospital and 24/7 aftercare and lifetime guarantee on my boobies :-) I would highly recommend them.... I feel great just achey now sooooooo happy with my new shape and Mr Seno is awesome :-) my boobies do not look like or feel like a D cup they are the perfect size for my frame as I'm slim and only a size 8 :-) honestly the best think I've ever done. My Co-ordinator is Mike Smith :-) you could always go and have a consultation with them and see what you think :-) my nearest clinic is Weymouth street which is just off Harley street...... Xxxxxxx

Re: Anatomical girls need your advise please
Hi, I had anatomicals 2 months ago. My surgeon said rotation is very rare - he does mainly anatomicals and he's never had one rotate. You just need to make sure your surgeon is experienced with them because they require a very precise pocket to keep them in place.
I can't feel the implant at all, even though I had very little breast tissue to start with and I have partials, so the bottom of the implant is just under my breast tissue.
Mine look natural from the front, but they still look quite high and fake from the side. They are gradually dropping though, so should look natural from all angles soon!
I haven't really looked at them when I'm lying down, but as they're still quite hard they probably look fake at the moment. I can feel them slightly move to the side like a natural breast though.
Hope some of this is helpful! Xx

Just what i wanted to hear.... My surgeon said out of all the Atomical ops done only 1-2% might turn, it scared me a little, but I can honestly say that searching through the forum I have yet to come accross anyone that this has happened to.
You have totally reasured me on the look and feel issue, thought they would be like torpedos when i lay down or something lol.
My surgeon has done loads of anatomicals but when they mention risk factors and stuff it kinda swims round in your head.
Im defo going to change the size from 410 to 370 though as everyone seems to end up bigger than they requested, not that its a bad thing, but think i would look silly with an F cup lol have decided full C/D cup that way if they do fluff after it wont be to much more...
Thank you sooooo much xxxx
