I had my second breast augmentation on Thursday, June 23. My first surgery was 20 years ago and were saline implants.

I went back for surgery because 1) The implants were 20 years old 2) The implants were saline and rippling on sides & 3) I wanted to be a LITTLE bigger. I told the surgeon that I wanted to stay the same relative size, but be fuller and with a bit more cleavage. When the nurse measured my old implants, they predicted me a 275 cc so we decided on 350 cc.

My new implants are 350cc, round high profile gel.

I love the feel of the gel BUT I'm concerned I might have not gone big enough because I am happy with the size that I am 3 days post surgery. I don't feel like I'm swollen much at all (do you not swell as much the second time?) I don't want to be smaller!

Advice please.

well if u r swollen a little bit, i wouldnt orry, because most girls here exprience fluffing, where the implants drops and settles and the breast protudes forwards filling out bras better and resulting in an increase of cup size. most girls get this, and im sure you will. Do u like the difference from saline to gel? xx

OH wow! Thanks for the quick reply!

I've never heard of "fluffing"! I hope that happens! Thanks for giving me hope!

I LOVE the gel already and it's only been 3 days. I had saline for 20 years and can't believe how much lighter and smoother they are. I think they look and feel better, I just don't want to get smaller. So, I'll be hoping for fluffing!
