I have the same anatomical 'unders', 280cc tho.

I am now 3 months post BA and mine havent fluffed yet. I dont know if they still might??

Why dont you go for slightly bigger implants if u are worried they might not fluff or be big enough? I was advised to go for 280 or 310cc. Being me, I went for the safe option and now wish I had gone for the 310cc. When you are being sized the implants seem bigger than when they are actually in.

I hope this is of help. I so wish I had found this site before my op!

I was wearing 34A ......with fillets! Size 10. (163cm & 9 stone)
Now I am 32DD. But they really dont seem that big to me. I was so worried that they would be too big.

But I do love them and I am becoming a little addicted to bra shopping!! Lol!

You must be so excited - you are going to love it! Do anatomical unders 'fluff' ? 113752
