HI all,

So im 20 days away from my surgery and i was looking for a bit of advice, im still undecided on size mostly ... Im a 34 B (small) and im looking for a DD maybe an E. Im training for a few marathons this year and so will be loosing weight so have decided to go unders so that no matter my weight they will still look as natural as possible. I wondered if someone could suggest what my best bet would be between 410cc and 460cc... Also what does Fluffing mean? do your boobs get bigger once you stop wearing the sports bra after a few months?

I just need to understand what happens afterwards a bit better i think ....

Also --- how do i get the writing underneath that is permanent like my statistcs etc ?

You wont be training for a marathon for at least 6 weeks. Loseing weight can affect your breast implants whether you have over or under. fluffing means when your breasts stop looking stuck on and start to take on a more natural shape during this time they soften and the muscle and tissue relax around the implant, sometimes resulting in an increase in size, it depends on how much it's holding the implant down after surgery.

Im going to have to think about my size options, i dont wanna be too big but i just dont want to regret not getting a bigger size first time around ....

misf1 pretty much covered it!! i had 460cc but went from a c cup, n came out an ff, but they def dont look it at all! they look more like an e cup. xx

you are wearing a 34 back at the moment, might be worth measuring under you bust to check your band size. If you measure between 32.5 and 34 you are a 34 band, your having 410 or 460 so you'll need a big cup size. Ummm it's very difficult to say but 34E maybe and a 36DD/E for straight after the op for if you have swelling around your ribs.

Iv measured my band and its 31.8 so im guessing now im a 32 band ? Ill get a 32DD/E and a 34DD/E and that way im sorted ! lol, I have my vitamin C and arnica at the ready to start taking, Im having moderate profile i think but still not sure about unders or overs, have u both had overs?
