Bra shopping and measuring!!!! Surprise!!!!

... I haven't seen my ps yet for the check up (it's this Thursday) but I am almost 7 weeks now so I thought it couldn't do any harm to get measured.... and couldn't resist as I was in House of Fraser and they had huuuge sales on. So go measured there and according to the lady I am a 30DD!!!!!! Although, 30 being more difficult to find as a size (especially as I am broke and I wanted the discounted ones!!!), I tried a few 32Ds and she agreed that they fit me well too. When I told her I was wearing a 32C sports bras she told me "you are definitely bigger than a C" and I didn't believe it, so to prove it she got me some 32Cs and 32Ds of the same bras. The Cs were waaay too small and my boobs either came out at the side or were "overflowing" on top!!! I did think that my sports bras were starting to feel tight!! I guess they still fit because they have less defined cups than regular bras. But still, I wasn't expecting to be bigger than a C. Gosh... I ended up buying 5 bras, of which 3 32Ds of different brands and 2 Elle MacPherson ones that fit a bit smaller than the others and in those I had to actually get 32DD. I would have never thought that in the course of my lifetime I could say "I'm a D", never mind a DD....
I will get measured again in another couple of shops just to make sure, but so far something is clear, I am no smaller than a D - no C cup was fitting from any of the various makes I tried on... It just seem crazy to me!!
I do think I look a C though, which is fine by me because it's what I was aiming for....

Congrats on ur DD's it's lovely to hear that you measure a different size to what you look. Think if I had DD's they would look massive but wouldn't mind knowing I had them.
