Bra leaving seam marks across the nipple, to small
If my sports bra is leaving marks across the breast is it to small??? No marks on shoulders, back etc just across the bust??
I've been buying 34dd bras but would a E be too loose and not support me x x

I was going to ask the same question! I've got a M&S one though, but it is also leaving imprints from the stitching.
If anyone can help that would be great!

You will also have some fluidy swelling which will due to the weight of your new boobs, be pushed against the inside seam of the bra. The more compressing the bra as is a sports bra, the worse it will be. The bra may be the right size but it may be worth trying a cup bigger. If it is too loose or not supportive enough, the dd would obviously be the better choice. One other clue as to too small a cup is overspill at the top, however with most sports bras compressing and holding tight this can be hard to determine. Easy to see overspill in a normal bra though.

I wore a plain cotton singlet (vest) underneath my post op bras to protect my new boobs and their delicate skin from any seams ect.

its fine to leave a slight imprint as long as its not irritating you. Doesnt mean its too tight necessarily. No different to sock marks

I have this with some bras that I wear I think its just the way the bra is designed and doesn't really mean it is too small. x

I get the same problem with the Asda bra leaving a mark only across my boobs, when I had my check up the nurse said it was fine and I was wearing the right size bra, so I would say you probably don't need to worry about it x
