Hi all just gt mine done 10 days a go feel fre to ask me questions and ill try and help anyone i can. Im gutted i didnt find this site before i had my op as i had soooo many questions to ask! even tho most of my questions were daft ones! but hey u gt to ask dnt ya!! :) x

Hey Llywx,

How are you finding your recovery. I had my uplift with 390 unders 16weeks ago now but still in discomfort at night. Even wearing my macom bra at night but still feels uncomfortable.
