Mine, all mine, mwahahahaa!

Finally went back to see my surgeon today. Asked me a few questions about how long my healing took, when I was back to normal, when I got full movement back etc. Whipped my top off and he took a few pics, front on, muscles tensed, side view. He then copped a good feel, top muscle, sides, under, had a squeeze too. It was the first time I'd noticed that they don't hurt, woo! Aaanywho, the point I'm getting to is the all clear! Treat them as I like, wear what I like, do what I like! He was a little contradictory, saying he thinks they're done now, that's it, but when I asked him about the upper fullness and the crease I have in the upper armpit part, he was all it'll take up to a year, come down a bit more, upper pole flatten out (which I pretty much knew from on here), so I guess I'll keep watching and waiting. 

He's happy, I'm happy (for now), back to see him in a years time. Should really go out and buy some day to day bras now instead of just sexy pretty ones that I coveted for years! Yey, boobies :)

Emotionally, I think I'm feeling relief mostly! 14wks ago, even 8wks ago, I never thought I'd get to this place, especially after I'd pulled a muscle, I was convinced I'd ruined everything. Its just such a relief to know that everything is fine and in the right place. I do still feel there's some healing left to be done, lefty is still higher and wider/rounder than righty, but he assures me they'll even up, so that's a job for the fluff fairy. They've definitely dropped more, the scars are heading more and more into the crease. Its funny, before I saw him, all I could see was what was wrong, but now with the OK, I can enjoy them a little more!

Physically I feel normal. There are still the odd pangs, and my scars are a bit sensitive at the moment, but I don't think there's been anything in the last couple of weeks that I've needed help with, or felt wary of. I can pick up my 2yr old niece again, started doing planks again, but I wouldn't want to go to Go Ape any time soon!
