Hi girls!!

im almost 4 weeks post op...and i was a 34 aa before with big nipples..just those i guess...but now that i had a BA with 450 cc silicon HP.....they stretched out and they are hugeeeeeeeeee....do u think that once the skins relaxes a lil bit..they will go back the way they were before??? HUGE NIPPLES...HELP!!! 267328

Hi Martine,
Sorry not sure if I can help but I aslo have large nipples (Which I blame my daughter for cause when I got pregnant they grew huge!! lol) and when I had my surgery I though my nipples looked even bigger....I don't think they got any bigger as such but to me they just looked huge and after a while I got used to looking at my new boobs and they seem in proportion now.
Hopefully some of the other ladies might actually have some better info for you about this. x x

When I first met with my ps, I asked him if they would go bigger. He said most definitely they will. I already had big ones so I went with 400cc under hp and had a lift and areola reduction. He iu a permanent gortex stitch so they wouldn't stretch and to hold the lift.
I'm 26 days po and they seem smaller than the first couple weeks. Maybe yours will go down as you drop.

Oh I always thought maybe big nipples were good...I thought men probably like them like that!!! I've always thought mine were too small and it used to bother me!!! Oh I guess we're never happy are we!!!

My nipples doubled in size after my BA, they have now shrunk back to a 'normal' looking size!! But i still cant feel them!!

5 days post op and mine haven't stretched or lost feeling (thank God!) But I had very small ones to begin with. ?! Glad your surgery went well though!!!! Xx

My areola's have always been quite big too - they did stretch when I first had my BA, but as I've fluffed and the skin has loosened a little, they've gone back to how they were before.

Mine seemed to be massive for the first sort of 2 weeks. They were all puffy, wouldn't erect ( I stood in the freezer section in sainburys for ages) and they seemed to have no colour whatsoever...

But at about 10 days they started getting erect (a little too much at random times) and the colour slowly came back... Now my nipples just seem to be back to how they were pre ba...

If ur concerned give ur surgeon a call hun xxxxxx

i will ask him next app.!!! i really hope they will get to normal after they d&f!! right now they skin is all stretched and they dont move ...even my hubby noticed... i had areola agumentation...lmao!!!!

I have a really bad relationship with my huge ugly nipples already so hopefully they won't get any bigger when I have my BA in October!

Did anyone get more sensation after the BA in the nipple area? Mine are so unresponsive it's untrue, I'm hoping they wake up and sit proud when I get my new assets!

I'm really paranoid about this. I have rather large areolas (2 inches across!!) and am terrified of them getting bigger when I have the implants. I'm debating talking to the PS about this when I go for consultation and see if they can do anything without too much extra on cost!!

Hun mine are ultra sensitive now!!! Fun in the bedroom but not so fun anywhere else! Hahaha!

They seem to erect just by looking at a sexy man ... Ok I exagerated a tad there but u get my drift... Everyones so different with how u may/may not heal so its just a waiting game I'm afraid but ill keep my finger/ttoes and erect nipples crossed u get more sensation Hysterical
