Op in 2 days time!!! Support Bra nightmare lol
Hi,
I have my op in 2 days time and have spent the last few weeks researching support bras and hunting high and low for button up shirts and pj's. Today I finally gave up with the button up pj's, i couldnt find any nice ones anywhere :-(
I did however end up buying sloggi support bras as i have no idea what size i am going to end up being. I am currently a 36A and am having 360 implants, so any guesses would be much appreciated lol will the sloggi bras be efficent enough or should i have bought actual bras???
Any advice will be greatly appreciated as i only have tomorrow to to any final last minute shoping
Many thanks
Lee

For Button up pj's try La Senza, They last forever and are comfy. Im not sure on the bra's although I just purchased some level 4 Shock absorbers from E-bay (brand new with tags) for £10, I thought this was good value as they are usually about £30.
Good luck with the op.

I got lots of good bras from matalan, theyve got post op ones and max support ones for around 6 pounds so i got a load and there good so far!
as for button up things my pjs are fine, ive got quite a bit of arm movement and can get pjs on and off no problem (i did get a size bigger tho for extra comfort) im also wearing zip up hoodies which are great for the evenings when its a bit cooler! also dont go out and buy loads of things you only need a few bras in a couple of sizes until your boobs settle cause there gonna change loads and you dont want to end up with lots of bras you cant wear! good luck! xx

Helllloooo ladies,
Well thank you all for your replies, I am now home from the hospital after my one night stay and I ended up sleeping in my hospital gown anyway lol. My surgeon is really happy with his work and I had Dr Chapman from mybreast, he was fantastic. Unfortunetly though I had an allergic reaction with the Proprofol in the anthesetic and was phsically sick for the entire day :-( however the nurses were brilliant and helped me through it all.
As for the bras my surgeon only recommended wearing a bra if i felt comfortable doing so. I put one on yesterday and lasted about 10mins in it so havent worn once since. He said whether I wear a bra or not will not do any damage to my implants.
Good luck to all you ladies who are still counting down the days and as everyone keeps telling me, it'll be all worth it in the end :-)
