1 day post op - my boobs look like anthills - eek

Hi girls, I'm back one day post op and wanted to get on since 7am this morning but our internet was done - wanted to wish Miss Ellie and the other lady good luck for tomorrow - yesterday was so straight forward except for wanting to kill husband, that I do wonder why i haven't done this before. I did opt for the 265 in the end and Singh was very good saying emotionally i obviously didnt want to look too voluptus or obviously so he did want i wished and now I am thinking should have gone bigger !! (like he and my husband thought) but of course when you look at peoples after pcis they are all really really close up and everyone looks pretty big but when you step back 5 paces they are more in proportion.!! I think you do look smaller in your bandages and then they fill out don't they????? Checked in first thing at Highgate yesterday morning, first on the list, zimbabwe nurses were very very sweet, the anaethestist was Mr Chang I think was fantastic, great sense of humour, very chatty as was his pretty blonde german assistant - they were both excelllent. Hurt like hell and work up crying in pain, couldn't reach bell thingy for nurse ... had had morphine anyway but needed 3 more pain killers. Came home last night and had good nites sleep - will post my story on the story on the proper page now. If i had it on sat am - and bandages come off on 4th day is that tues or wed ??

Welcome to boobieland!!! Yes, you do feel quite 'out of it' with meds. for a while!! Size yes it is a difficult one...it is hard to understand how they can look smaller on your body than in pictures. They do have many changes to go through yet, when your dressings are removed and the skin and muscles find their resting place things do look different. Rest up and keep hubby away from them for now.

Lol don't worry hun, we know what it's like!!!! Glad that it went well apart from some pain, but it will soon pass! Don't worry about the implant size, they tend to look smaller at first (except for the swelling) as the muscle holds them in x

I thought mine were too small to begin with. Give yourself a few weeks and I'm sure you'll feel happy with the size, especially as you didn't want to be huge.

Congratulations! Wow day 1...can't wait! Everyone says they change so much. I am sure you will be happy once you can actually see what's happening under all the first weeks "stuff"
