lumps after BA?
Im 7 weeks post op, and my right boob started itching near the scar and aching a lot, then last night i felt a hard pea sized lump, its the side of my boob kind of near the armpit...
has any one else had this? or know what it could be?
my b/f says maybe scar tissue that has formed?

Re: lumps after BA?
My scars were fairly itchy as they healed. I also have a lumpy feeling scar (athough it doesn't look lumpy at all).
I'm really not sure about a lump near your armpit. As I said in your other thread... best to put your mind at rest and see your nurse or surgeon.
Hope it all goes well.

I would get it checked out for your own peace of mind hun. I can't really help you too much, as my scars are nowhere near my armpits.
Let us know how you get on.

Lumps
Hello There,
Im new to this site and had my BA on the 1st April 2009 with The Hospital Group, I was wondering what your surgeon/the group said about your lump, as I have the same thing in both breasts, been to Doctor and been told to wait a few weeks to see if they go down, so it is so worrying, just want to enjoy my new boobies, would be really grateful if you could reply.
Many Thanks
